Artist's Description

The U.S. Lifesaving Station No. 141 operated in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware from 1878 until 1921. During the later years of service the station became part of the U.S. Coast Guard. The station was purchased for use as a private home that is located in nearby Lewes.
