The Townsend Barn is an old abandoned barn located on a farm at the entrance to the beach town of Lewes, Delaware. Its weathered, decaying look marks the passing of rural coastal Delaware as it transforms itself into a beach resort and retirement community. A real estate agency has begun a renovation project to restore this iconic piece of architecture.
I am delighted to announce that I will participate in the National Folk Festival on September 6, 7 and 8 in Salisbury, Maryland.
