Quirky, unique, and totally fun are my impressions of the yearly Bathtub Races held in historical or should we say hysterical Berlin, Maryland. Full of quaint antique, craft, and art shops, events like this inspired Budget Travel to designate Berlin as "America's Coolest Small Town".
